CLEANING SERVICE FOR

MOVING IN OR OUT OF YOUR HOME. with A SPRING CLEAN OF YOUR HOLIDAY HOME CAN INCLUDE SOME OR ALL

• Thoroughly clean and polish sink and taps
• Clean cupboard exteriors and interiors
• Clean in and outside of microwave
• Clean bath and shower screens to a sparkle finish
• Scrub wall tiles/grout
• Sanitise all counter tops sinks and taps
• Clean toilet
• Remove cobwebs, dust all areas
• Dust light fittings and ceiling fans
• Clean light switches
• Clean inside bins and replace liners. Please note we do not have the capacity to remove of or dispose of excess rubbish. Any excess rubbish will be bagged and placed in bins provided by owners or tenants.
• Clean marks and spots off walls and windows
• Wash all skirting boards
• Vacuum and mop wooden and tiled floors
• Clean barbecue and any outdoor tables
• Clean in and outside of fridge.
• Clean cupboards and pantry
• Vacuum under furniture and seat cushions
• Clean all window sills
• Clean toilet inside and out
• Clean rangehood and splash back
• Oven clean is an extra $25.

Our moving out service can take anywhere between 3 to 8 man hours to complete. This depends on the size of your home and the current condition and cleaning tasks required. It can be difficult to quote for this clean , floor space , size and number of rooms, bathrooms , stairs, e.t.c need to be taken into consideration. One house may be as little as $140, the next could be double due to the extra work and cleaning required to meet the high standards of Greenclean.

BASIC CLEAN / REGULAR SERVICE / HOLIDAY HOUSE RENTAL CLEAN

• Clean all surface areas and benches
• Empty dishwasher, reload, put dishes away
• Clean all sinks and taps
• Clean bath, and shower screens
• Will re-stock laundry and kitchen items, toilet rolls e.t.c at owners expense
• Clean toilet inside and out
• Vacuum all areas and mop wet areas
• Wipe inside and outside of fridge and microwave
• Dust all areas
• Clean inside bins and replace liners. Please note we do not have the capacity to remove of or dispose of excess rubbish. Any excess rubbish will be bagged and placed in bins provided by owners or tenants.
• Polish mirrors
• Bring and take rubbish bins out

We supply all cleaning equipment and supplies. The products we use are quality made, non-toxic, very safe and effective.
Our policy is to use only products that will be safe around your home, your family and pets, and of course the environment.

Our rates are reasonable and competitive, providing a professional and reliable service.
